Led by Jamaar Julal a multifaceted fermentation expert. Jamaar is currently Director of Fermentation at James Beard Nominated, Honeysuckle Provisions and Owner and Brewmaster of JamBrü Ferments, his budding kombucha and fermentation company. His fermentation expertise spurs from his 10+ years in the restaurant industry and passion for food and beverage. He is also a recipient of the Michael James Jackson Foundations scholarship for Brewing and Distilling where he hopes to advance his knowledge in sake brewing. He has been featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer, Love + Grit Podcast, Ferments Live Podcast, Fine Dining Lovers Magazine and shares his foraging and fermentation knowledge in the cocktail book Backcountry Cocktails which was featured in The Inquirers 9 must-read cookbooks for your summer cooking!
